You shall not use the Website for any illegal purposes, and You will use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Website displays information about That Map's products, company, stores, and designer. The Website may also, from time to time, contain third party information in the form, for example, of advertisements or press clippings. In some instances, if you register with the Website, you may be able to make purchases through the Website of certain That Map products. During the registration process, That Map will collect your name and certain other information and you will be given a password to access the e-commerce portion of the Website. Purchases made through the Website are processed by Stripe. 4. PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) You acknowledge that although That Map has attempted to accurately depict the colors of the That Map products offered on the Website, the color displayed is dependent on many different factors including the display of your computer monitor. As such, you further acknowledge that That Map is not responsible for any inaccuracies or color variations in the products you purchase from the Website. Moreover, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings.

 

(b) In the event of an error in pricing on the Website, That Map reserves the right to correct such error, and in That Map's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product at an incorrect price. All prices listed on this Website are in Canadian dollars.
